Digital support is available throughout the city – easily and reliably.
Digital support for the city dwellers is provided by the libraries, the resident houses, the service centres for the elderly, the youth centres and the adult education centres. You can meet a digital support assistant with or without an appointment.
Use the Service Map to find all counselling places. Write Digital Support in the search box. Choose "Guidance on using a computer (digital support)" from the drop-down menu. The search provides you with a list of service points for digital support. Click on the name of the service point on the list or on the red place marker on the map to access more details about the services.
Helsinki City Library provides diverse digital support throughout the city. Individual guidance is available regarding the library's e-materials and the contents of literature and music. Additionally, the libraries arrange courses in how to use, for instance, the internet, e-mail, social media and devices.
